This project handles employee data as a batch workflow instead of a one-off file import. Spring Batch reads CSV records, processes them in chunks, and writes them to PostgreSQL.
Processing flow
Jobs are composed of steps, which makes the import flow easier to follow. Chunk processing bounds the amount of data handled at once; retry and error-handling features help manage failed records and operations.
